Classes are conducted in the evening from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM, providing flexibility for working individuals and other commitments.
Classes will only be held on Tuesday & Wednesday. Starting January, a detailed weekly schedule will be provided, covering all subjects comprehensively.
Students must attend all scheduled classes unless prior approval for absence is obtained. Consistent attendance is crucial for academic success.
If a student misses a class, they are required to watch the recorded lecture within one week and submit a written summary highlighting 5 key points.
Failure to meet attendance requirements may result in disciplinary action, including warnings or suspension.
Assignments must be completed and submitted on time. Late submissions will incur penalties unless an extension is granted due to valid reasons.
Exams are designed to assess both theoretical understanding and practical application of the curriculum. Students will receive detailed guidelines and preparation materials in advance.
The grading system ensures fairness and transparency, rewarding effort and academic performance.
Students are expected to uphold integrity in all academic activities, including assignments, exams, and class participation
Any form of plagiarism or dishonesty will result in strict disciplinary action, including possible expulsion from the program.
Students will have access to comprehensive learning materials, including recorded lectures, handouts, and recommended readings.
Instructors are available to provide academic guidance and address student concerns during designated office hours.
At the end of the academic year, the college hosts a formal convocation to celebrate student achievements. Certificates and diplomas and degrees are awarded to recognize the hard work and dedication of students.

At BGM Bible College, attendance is mandatory for all students. If you have enrolled, it is required to notify the administration in case of absence. You must send your name and roll number to 03024650301 in case of any attendance issues. Physical class attendees must carry their class ID card for attendance marking.
Fees must be paid before the 10th of each month. A late fee of 10% will be charged for payments made after the due date. The academic session for 2024-2025 started on December 3, 2024. Fees for the current session must be paid by December 10, 2024. If a student cannot pay their fees in one installment, they may arrange for partial payments with prior approval.
